Deposit and Withdrawal Issues

First, it needs to be clarified that SparkSat is merely a tool and platform based on Spark. All deposit and withdrawal activities on Spark have no direct relationship with SparkSat. SparkSat cannot control the progress or results of deposits and withdrawals. For all deposit and withdrawal issues, the only effective solution is to contact Spark directly.

Deposit hasn't arrived, Deposit can't claim, balance zero

Regarding deposit issues, SparkSat essentially cannot provide you with any assistance. First of all, whether it's your static deposit L1 address or Lightning Network deposit invoice, SparkSat merely displays them to you through Spark's SDK. The claim-related functions also call Spark's SDK methods. The deposit behavior is fundamentally an on-chain action through Spark's partnered gateways. If the claim fails, shows an error, or if there's still no balance after a long wait, the best practice we know of currently is: Use a completely new browser --> Import seed phrase --> Refresh balance; if this doesn't work, please reportarrow-up-right directly to Spark.

Withdrawal shows an error, withdrawal hasn't arrived, withdrawal hasn't been broadcast.

Similarly, the withdrawal function is completely out of SparkSat's control. Whether your withdrawal arrives and when it arrives - SparkSat doesn't know and cannot do anything for you. When you encounter issues, please contact Spark immediately as this is the only way to resolve your withdrawal problems.

However, here's a best practice for withdrawals: Currently, most withdrawals are concentrated on L1 withdrawals, but we recommend using Lightning Network withdrawals instead.

You can withdraw amounts less than $2,000 worth of sats --> Withdraw to OneKey walletarrow-up-right --> Then to exchanges (OKX, Binance, etc.)

This path has a 99% success rate with instant arrival.
